Message: I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen in Integrated Conditioning at Carlson Gracie Miami. Carmen was leading a gymnastic core training session. At first glance I figured she was your typical trainer with a killer body and great strength ready to make me suffer. I was right about the killer body and great strength part but Carmen is far from typical. Carmen is not only passionate and knowledgeable in what she does but she also has a wonderful presence to her that emits when she walks in a room. She is encouraging, motivational and inspirational. Thank you Carmen, I am grateful to have met you and look forward to your wonderful words of wisdom and encouragement.
